What process do I follow to build on my lot?
All Lot owners planning construction or renovation of a single family home, boat dock, boat house, storage shed, garage or any other improvements that will be placed on a Grandview Lake lot, must first apply for a building permit before starting work. It is necessary to submit plans to the GLOA office for review by the Architecture Board member, or designee. Plans should be submitted in duplicate to the GLOA office so that one set can remain on record.
Are wake boats allowed on Grandview?
Yes, Wake Boats are allowed on the Lake. BUT, any equipment with the primary purpose to enhance wakes, such as fat sacks, water bags, wake blades, etc., are not permitted on Grandview Lake. Idle speed (no wake) and navigation lights are required between sunset and sunrise. These hours are posted on the Grandview Lake website.
Who do I call when my grinder pump alarm goes off?
Your plumber. Call the office for a list. If you suspect a sewage leak or have a foul odor, call the lake manager immediately.
